Nurse Practitioner

In 2003, Mary Ann became the first Nurse Practitioner to graduate from the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. The program, led by holistic health expert and physician Andrew Weil, M.D., is recognized globally for incorporating the philosophy, techniques, and practical applications of integrative medicine with the personal values and beliefs of the health care provider.

Mary Ann obtained a Master’s of Science at the University of South Carolina and a Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Colorado Denver. She served over twenty years in the Army Nurse Corps and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, and today, enhances the health and wellbeing of women through her private practice in Colorado, the Institute for Integral Health.
